well looks like he's gonna have to dig out his piggy bank because that quarter panel needs to be replaced unless your unless is a magician with bondo lol. the wheel scratched up too. that lower piece in the rear can be popped back in i believe. just make him buy you a new one and you sell the old one lol

Glad you caught the SOB, and don't settle on your own unless he's paying you enough for everything to be newly replaced. At least you have an uncle into autobody repair.

Wow I hate it when things like this happen. I had my own parking lot bad luck last month, all taken care of now though

It pained me to see my car dented, I couldn't have gotten it fixed soon enough.
Make sure you have the guys information and everything. You may want to submit a preliminary report which doesn't get put through until you decide it does (ie. he tries to get out of paying). I don't know if you have that option but I did when my car got hit. It didn't come to that thankfully but its good to cover your *** if something should go wrong.

I didn't catch the part where you said you're uncle owned a body shop. If he's doing the work, thenI doubt you'd have to worry about sloppy work like I said inmy previous post. Hope the guythat hit it knows it wont be a cheap fix.
