Well, I think that's all that broke.. but, I have to go to the muffler shop. Should I pay to have them put straight pipes in and replace the gasket or just replace the gasket?
Would I see any more fuel economy from being catless?

Sorry, I'm getting green (comes with age and having lived in SoCal in my previous life. The Audis are ULEV vehicles. Removing the cat will generate as much smog as about 100 cars. If you live in a state with vehicle inspection and emissions check you will certainly fail, which means that you will need to re-install it.
