I debadged my beautiful: A4 2.0T

Now it just has the tiny little: QUATTRO

......and I think I hate it.
Any suggestions on the best way to re-stick the emblems, or just hit Home Depot and grab some 3M double-sided?

After 22 mods, I finally did one that didn't work. Bah. [:'(]

I can't stand it when people take their emblems off. If I were you, I would just go with some thin double sided tape. You should be fine. Hey, at least you tried.

aw mannnn on the b5s it looks good. but iw ould never take off a red t. it's just unheard of.

 

I'd lose the little quattro badge and do it all the way....probably looks like a little zit on the *** of your car sitting there all by itself.

Not that I hate the emblems or anything, they look fine too...just preference I guess. I love my debaged trunk...

I think some special emblem tape is what you need, I was looking to invest in some myself pretty soon....gonna have to take my 4-ring emblem off the truck to repaint the lip (damn key scratch from hell), probably have to trace out the design with an x-acto knife. Shouldn't be too bad.

And I agree...the red T is where it's at.

 

i say either remove the quattro or just go with the 3m double sided tape. personally i like it debadged all the way

Seriously.....the tiny Quattro badge is hardly holding up my perception of how the back-end would look debadged completely.

I want my red T back, dammit!

Although.....I'm actually considering going with Arif's suggestion.
I know for SURE that I'd be the only freak on the road driving an A2 / 4.0T - and I'm just enough of a smarta$$ to do it and not give a flying fuq what the masses would have to say about it.
