Ok, I need to get rid of my "deformed" looking mirror. I think it's a terrible idea to have on mirror smaller than the other. For the people that don't know audis, they think I just put another phucked up replacement mirror on my car.

DOES ANYONE AGREE WITH ME????

 

That was the gayest idea that Audi has ever come up with, with the exception of the cup holder right above the radio.

I never even noticed I had a little gimp mirror till after we bought the car. Then I was like, hey!! wtf!! I thought maybe she got hit on that side and replaced it with a random mirror.

 

It was so that your viewing area on either side through the mirrors is the same. I personally have gotten used to it, but I didn't like it either at first.

 

i like the angle it gives me a lot when driving...as for appearance, i never notice it

I think the smaller passenger side mirror looks better. The hard part is going to be finding a small drivers side mirror to match it.

 

some are and some are not, if so it will be very noticable. the b5 got rid of the small mirror in 1999, i personally like it.
