Default slow over 100 mph

I have never really tried to go over 100 mph in this car that much. but the other night the road was staight and clear of traffic so i got on it. Zipped up to 100 mph no problem. Then it felt like it didn't want to pull anymore, it was like it gave up. i was still accelerating but 1 mph every 3-4 seconds. I think that sucks. When it was stock i never put it past 90 mph. Then i got it chip still the same problem sucks getting over 100 mph. I thought by getting an exhaust i would be fine. Nope all the exhaust did was get me to 100 mph faster so i could just sit there. Is this what i am going to have to deal with. I hear you guys saying you get up to 130+, so what the hell is wrong with my car.

Is my A4 scared to go fast

wow tha sucks, when my a4 was stock I got to 110 before it started to take time go faster. with my setup now i can hit 130 no problem. You may want to check for boost/vac leaks becuase with the mods you have your car should pull over 100mph

i get 18-20psi and then it will settle at around 13-14psi. I thought it was a leak too. that is why i got the boost gauge. I scanned my car too and no codes. The dealship did put a new engine in when i first bought the car because of sludge but that was before any mods were done.

Get checked for fault codes before taking any wild guesses.

I mean where you log a group of blocks, like MAF readings, 02 sensor voltages etc, you log/record the values while you drive and then when you are done everything is converted to an excell format and you can see whats happening at different speeds/rpms. Sounds like you know what i mean. So id try that with your MAF, 02 sensor and timing advance (dont know what block #'s those are), start recording and go for it past 100mph as long as you can and then stop. post em up here and maybe we can make some sense of it all. Ive only done this once before to check a MAF, so im not 100% on what blocks you should log, but the ones i mentioned are critical.
