Default Seafoam

I have read lots of good things about using this product. Id like to flush my engine with it, but I have read through searches that some people think its a bad idea (zedex), can anyone give me a good reason to NOT use it in the crankcase? (zedex?) Has anyone used autoRx?
And am i correct that you are only supposed to keep it in the crank case for as long as it takes to go through 1 tank of gas? I know thats what it says on audizine, but im looking for more confirmations.

I've heard both good and bad things about seafoam, but I've heard only good things about Auto-Rx.

Is autorx the type of thing where you drive around with it, or just let it idle for a while then change oil? Is autorx available at most local places?
