Jallopy Due 80k service priced it up at local garages they all want 5 - 8 hundred pounds............
apparently the timing belt alone will cost £200!!!![&:]
so did so online shoping and guess what, i found a timing belt from www.buypartsby.co.uk retailing at!!! .........................Wait for it............................................ £42.95!

So who knows of a good garage that will fit my parts and stamp my book, and just charge me labour costs? (extortionate of course)

You should check out the prices at the Stealership too for a good laugh. I was once quoted almost $2k (1176 pounds).
