This is a scam being run out of Nigeria, which has become the leading country of origin for Internet scams over the last year. The language is a dead giveaway.

SCAm it's a good thing you don't go through with it. Somehow get them back that would be great. The powerbook scam was brilliant.

Man if I were you I'd send them an email back going OFF on them to lay off the crack. They have to be on something to think that some idiot would fall for that Sh!!. Course there might be another crack head out there that would.... I went off on an email from some dude wanting money, and he was putting up this persona of being religious and a reformed "bad guy," but it was hilarious how bogus it was lol [:'(]

ya i want to know about that powerbook scam too

The dumbest part about these people, is that they do not realize that a realistic price will make them seem infinitely more legit, and therefore they would get way more suckers. Luckily for most honest people, these people generally resort to this sort of thing because they are too stupid to earn a real living.

Dumbasses.

I found a website once, a guy was trying trying to get hooked by a scammer. Well, not to the point of sending money, but he kept leading the scammer on like he was. His story got weirder and weirder, to the point of being blatently unbelievable, and the scammer kept on him, because he thought he was gonna get a big score. I think he dragged it on for 2 months or something, something like 20+ emails... Hilarous.

I suggest doing the same!
