it will be interesting when the E 90 M3 comes out and see how they compare then. I think its suppose to have 425HP

 

Should be rs4 and m5 since they are in the same price range, haven't really seen how much the rs4's will go for but the s4s are 50k+. I thought i heard around 90k somewhere

 

The RS4 shouldn't be 40K more than the S4... the RS6 was priced fairly reasonably. And the RS6 was m5 competition... the RS4 is M3 compeitition... but, the new M3 will be better able to compete, and, will likely be faster around the track than the RS4, as the M has always been a more performance oriented car... RWD in the hands of a capable driver... is prefered usually. Weight savings and less power lost through the drivetrain are two advantages that any of us could feel in a straight line, though.

RS4 has a 4 in it so its A4 related. and ye new RS4 bears the crap out of M3. the new/old engine is mean. Lets see what BMW will stic it their cars from now on.

 

both, i love German Engineering. i'm as much as a BMW fan as i am an Audi Fan.

 

Yeah the B5 S4 tried to out the E36 M3... then the new M3 beat the snot out of the B5 S4... which led to the B6 S4, which I still don't think beat the M3... and yeah, the RS4 is better than the current M3... but if we look to the past for any indication of the future... the RS4 will not hold it's title for long.

 

i guess we are gonna have to wait and see what will happen if the M3 doesnt do better it could be bad for The name M3 but as we all know they wont stay back after seeing this video they will create a better M3 for sure

 

definatly, then we will get better RS4 or RS6
and the cycle never ends

 

i herd the rs6 was going to come out with manual transmission that would be crazy and then i want it togo against M5...
