RS4 OEM clutch, is it a direct bolt on??

is the rs4 clutch a direct bolt on for a 2.8 12v. My clutch doesnt grab to my liking, and i need to know this answer. Cuz if it does, than this is the route I will be taking

from what I know it's NOT a direect bolt on
