i bought the one used in that picture off ebay, just search camera car mounts, it was like $30, my friends have 2 better ones made by hand, really easy and more reliable with a bigger suction cup- those things are crazy, they can hold a lot of weight.

by saturday he should have one, so u can bite ur nails till then. haha, it's going to be a kick *** summer cruising with all the cams like the pros do. you get the wierdest friggin looks tho, especially from cops [&:]

nice shot.
As for the mount, it's easier or harder to make depending on the weight of your camera. Also, the bigger the suction cup, the bettwer. The widest angle lens will also work good.
I've never done it myself, but I'm a photographer, so I'm around these things all day long.
