Default The right timing belt
I need to buy the timing belt online, but my engine vin # doesn't match w/any of the ones on the websides all I do know my engine is a AWM, 2001 AUDI A4 1.8T - vin #:WAUAC68D41A064041

HELP PLEASE.

I have heard of AWM, which takes the same timing belt as my AUG.

You have a later engine--it is NOT the same as the AUG. Give Jim a call at www.dieselgeek.com.

strange engine code there, I have it listed as A V J from 01 to 04

AVJ yours could just be the US equivalent due to emissions but same belt
