you need to stick with copper plugs. They work the best. Dont last the longest, but who cares. At $8/set, its not all that bad changing them at 20k intervals if not sooner.

Do you remember this:

If Itell you there are guys running 400hp in their A4s without those expensive plugs, would you still think they were needed?
It's just one more thing to go wrong eventually...

and this:

I checked the site you posted, so I read about them quick, no need to copy and paste from their site. Just get NGK plugs, they work great with the Hitachi ingintion system.

We're all sorry to hear this, but we kinda told you so.

Ok well I tryed to see if there would be any difference with .32 gap and still the engine was running like crap it kept stalling the check engine light came on. So now the stock plugs are back in the car, the champion platinum plugs made the engine run really rough but not nearly as bad as the pulstar plugs, unfortunely the part store wont return the champion plugs because I used them already, as for the pulstar plugs I shipped them back for a full refund. I went to another part store that only sells OEM parts for VW and Audi and the salesmentold me that he has in stock OEM NGK laser platiunm plugs for my car there 10$ a piece, does anyone know if those are any good?

hes probly talking about the NGK PFR6Q, which comes with the car stock, but i wouldn't use platinum plugs. platinum lasts a lot longer than copper, but on a forced induction car it may cause detonation. and copper is a better conductor of heat and spark than platinum or iridium and tolerates a wider range of cylinder temps. just get some ngk bkr6e's or bosch f6dtc's.

and yeah i meant .032, i dont think it is even possible to gap something to .32[&:]

Ok well I just got back from autozone and it took me forever to return the champion plugs because they have a no return policy on electrical items, so I had to say the plugs where defective and received a refund barely. I asked if they had the NGK brk6e's and they had them so I got them, I hope these are as good as you guys say they are, im gunna gap them to .030. Will I get better performance with these than the stock NGK Platinum plugs?
