Default Replace Auto Shift ****??

Has anyone done this? Got a DIY? I can't even get the shifter to come off? What's the trick?

the trick is this...... you should have bought a manual Id check for set screws around the bottom, mine has a little collar thing that comes up and screws on and there are little screws under that, but mins a manual i dotn know for sure about an auto

No, Ive tried.. PM Brrman about it, he has done it. There is a a plastic (chrome plated) ring on the bottom of the **** that slides down and there is a screw there i think... Not positive... I personaly like the stock ****..

I remember posting this one a while back

What **** you put on depends on if you get the SupremePowerParts adapter - which allows you to pull the **** upwards to engage it, as opposed to having to push a thumb button. If you get the SPP mod then you can add virtually any **** you want.

And don't worry about the digs you get about the tip... I love my tip.

you could get the TIP MOD i forgot where i saw it but its like you can put any manual shifter **** on it and the way it works is if u wanna throw it into gear you pull up on the shifter and move it into gear. i think itwas like 60 bucks? if i find it ill link you.
