Default reluctant to convert to pimp mobile

I made the mistake of leaving my girlfriend's golden retriever in my A4 and he chewed part of the driver's seat (top side - so it's very visible) and scratched the passenger seat. Didn't kill him but it was a close thing. I've looked at the seat covers on the market but would end up with a pimp mobile if I bought any. Anyone got any advice short of buying new seats?

Not actual pictures no. There's about a 5 inch split on the side down to the bone. Big chunk of material missing so it's impossible to even try to stitch up. My gf did offer to repair it but I don't see how she can. And on the passenger seat the little bugger scratched the seat so the material has frayed in patches. It's beyond repair. Seat covers seem to be the only option but the official audi sites say they don't do covers because of air bags in the seats. And I'd rather put a gun to my head than but the furry seat covers I've seen for sale on the net and in shops. Why is it that manufacturers don't do conservative covers in smart material and in simple gray! So I guess I can live with it or try to but new seats which I imagine will cost and arm and a leg.

try contacting some auto dismantlers. http://www.car-part.com gotta be some good deals. Just tell the junkyard you call that another place offered to sell at X amount of dollars and they will usually match. Little white lies don't hurt.

Yeah I would definately hit up a bone yard... I got some nice leather front and backs with a new 3 spoke steering wheel for only 300 bucks.

auto yards look for old cars buy seats there. or get some sparco's. i would not recommend the seat covers because of the airbags. they could save your life
