well, 2. first is what my dad is making me ask. Has anyone here with an 01 1.8t with sport suspension from factory upgraded to aftermarket coilovers like H&R's? if so, how much of a difference was it?

and vogtland (http://www.purems.com/products/product.php/II=664)

anyone wanna give advice on to which i would be more satisfied (i like the money for the vogtland but i dont know how reputable either are)

 

Hey I'm in the same boat as you so i can't help sorry. BUT I will say (as someone w/ same car and looking at same two sets of coilovers) I've never read a bad thing about either or coilovers in general.

 

talk to Turbo i3uddha he has some vogtland coilovers on his audi but its an S4 and he seems to love them

 

h&r is baught more... that's what i would go for, since alot of people on this forum have them...

lets put it this way, vogland is made for japaneese cars, h&r is made for audi... make your choice

 

H&R is good stuff man and it will be a huge difference over the stock sport

 

Not exactly sure where you heard this. Vogtland is a German company and has been in business longer than H&R. They just celebrated their 100th year in business.
