So, I'm out in Colorado and have been told by every place, Pep Boys, Audi dealer etc... That the only place you can buy wiper blades is at the dealer....And they're $30 a piece!!!! Any suggestions as to where I can find them, possibly online?

Buy them online, i know ive seen them try ecs tuning or Google it.

 

The same thing happened to me...i just went to dealer. I also made them put it on so I felt that I kind of got my moneys worth...not really

 

Heh, yea I'm just having a hard time spending $60 on wiper blades!!!!

 

now that i think of it, the dealership only charged me 20 a blade.

 

i have the same year A4, my dealer only charges 12$/blade. and when i broke the little button that holds the thing on, it was only 1.40$ im starting to think i have the only audi dealer around that is reasonable with $$.

 

I just got new wiper blades for my 03 A4 about a month ago. I bought them online they are bosch, unfortunately I don't remember what the website was, a lot of help I am huh... I'm pretty sure they are easy to find though, if I figure out the website I'll let you know, it was about $30 total for both. I also broke the little clip you need to attach them to the wiper arm and had to go to the dealer for that piece.

 

Yea, I ended up getting them from the dealer....They lied they were only like $16 a piece....I also broke the little plastic piece that holds it on and they told me I had to buy the WHOLE wiper arm!! Grrr....So, I just used a plastic tie to hold it on....

 

Don't believe them! They told me that I had to buy all that too and I told them I didn't need the wiper arm I just needed the little clip to attach the wiper to the arm. Finally after ordering 3 wrong parts they figured it out and ordered the right piece. I found my receipt and the part number is 8E0-998-430 and it's called the mount kit and it only cost $6.51. So maybe you can bring that part number to them and they can find it for you. But have them put it together for you once you get it because it was a pain in the butt to figure it out by myself. I just buy the rubber "refill", I don't even buy the whole metal part. Just slide the old rubber part off the blade, insert the new one and you're done. Dirt cheap too.
