Pull cam sprockets off?

Pull cam sprockets off?
I just finished bolting my new 1.8t A4 engine up to the tranny and going to do the timing belt kit tomorow and put it all back together. I want to change the cam seals and I'm really freaked out about this. How do I get the cam sprockets off? If I understand correctley when I have the timing belt off all I have to do is pull the sprockets off and pull the old seals off. Someone mentioned something aout a sprocket puller from autozone, do I need this? I've done the timing belt on my a4 2.8 before and did fine but i'm really worried that I'll mess up the timing and kill th engine. Should I just skip the seals? Any advise would be great.
Thanks
