Default Problems with plastic under bumper!

Does anyone else have the problem of catching the front end of the car on anything you park too close to? [:@]

yep , except with me it was when i backed out of my driveway everymorning it would scrape like crazy, so i simply trimmed the bumper underneath and its fine now and unnoticeable, someone has a diy on how they did it on their a6. if you see the diy you dont have to do the whole metal strip thing (youll know what im talking about) i didnt. good luck

YUP!! Backed out of the parking space at work without realizing that I'd put my front end over the cement bumper...when i backed away, pulled the front lower plastic bumper piece right off the car. got out and it was laying on the ground in the front of my car. Took 20 minutes or so but i managed to put the thing back on. broke a couple of the clips by the fender well but other than that its fine. Wasnt too much concerned about that, probably going to replace the front bumper with the Caractere kit from LLtek.
