Default Pricing for Chip and install?

OK I called a place called Torque Factory that is here in my area to have my chip installed. They are saying $760 total for everything. That includes the PC-16 file, labor (they have to solder the chip on). Also during the labor they will tune the FPR for the best results and go through and check everything else that I installed. Also they will vag-com it and make sure everything is working right after it gets done. Does this sound reasonable? Thanks.

HELL YES, that is where Jeff Moss is from. He is the guy for GIAC. Having him install and tune the car is worth the extra few dollars, i least i would like to think so. The reason you have to get a chip soldered as opposed to a flash is because the older ecu's are so small they dont have the memory.

LOL, ok yeah I have talked to Jeff a few times. He has been very helpful so far! I think I am going to get everything done there. I trust them and it sounds like you do to. Thanks for the help!
