35% is not the problem. 20% on the fronts is. (20% = Darker) Ask any respectable Tint shop in Ontario to do 20% all-round and they won't do it. Police have to be able to see into the front side windows and 20% is too dark ... you are right though, it's up to the individual police officer as to wether or not you'll get harrassed ...
