Port and Polish?
with the mods I have, what do you think about port and polishing the intake and exhaust manifolds? I will also be doing water meth injection in the future so I'm just trying to think of what I can do next.. I don't wanna go to BT so I'm really just looking for anything worth doing to a K04.. I'm sure I would buy a used set just incase anything were to go wrong.

Your not going to gain anything by porting or polishing the manifolds. If you mean head, you already have a large port head so you wouldnt gain anything there either, turbo is way to small. Youllbasically be wasting money/time

The inlet diam of the ko3s is slightly larger with a more effiecent 8 blade compressor wheel vs a ko4 with a ko3 housing and a slightly larger exducer (bottom part of the blade). So its basically larger vs efficent.
