I would go APR stage 1+ (this includes the TT injectors). It should give you 235hp and 275ft-lb on 93 gas. Its very close in power numbers the the KO4 if you think about it.

The good news is that since you have a B6 you don't have to remove the ECU. All they do is plug into the OBD port and upload the program.

I heart my GIAC, but the FWD is just not that great of an idea with GIAC since it gives so much low end torque. I can't accelerate in 1st gear hard at all, 2nd gear can break sometimes depending on the road level. APR will be more of a building speed from what I've read,instead of a sharpthrust at 3k rpms(giac).
