Default Please Help ASAP

HI guys,
I have tried to start my car this morning.
I can hear the starter spinning but engine doesn’t start or doesn’t even give any sounds of trying to start. Lights in the car are turning off when I try to start as well.
The car is: Audi A4 V6 Auto, 2003
Please help me to resolve the problem.

Voltage too low....Sound like it might be time for cleaning up the battery clamps and posts, or maybe you'll needa new battery.

Here are some changes that happened since the last time car was running. Outside temperature dropped and I also put full tank of gas before coming home and putting car in the garage. Just in case it will help.
It seems to be that there is no sparks coming: how can I check it on this car and this type of engine?
I can’t think of anything else right now.
Thanks for your help guys.

Man, it is a second day that the car won't start. I have tried several times, with two new batteries.
Interesting thing is that power is going off for couple of seconds when I turn the ignition on.
