just curious, what kind of warranties do these audi's have? Mine will still be under the factory warranty, wont it? Also, the carfax is clean, god only knows what the scratches are from, dumba$$ previous owner, probably.

honestly it sounds to me like the last owner didnt take very good care of the car and probably abused it pretty bad. If i were you, I'd pass on it and keep looking. I'm sure you'll find somethin else, esp. if you're willing to travel a little bit. Autotrader.com is your best friend.

^ too late! I just traded my alty a couple of days ago, im going to try to get a few replacement interior parts ( the circular thing that turns on the headlights is worn down ) I also need to do just a few things like clean up the credit card holder / cup holder area, which seems to be in rocky condition. Other than that, this is the best car i have ever owned, so far... I love the xenons and quattro!
