There are only snap in clips but they can be pretty damn stubborn, you need a really long screwdriver or a trim panel tool to get it out without breaking the clips. Be careful of the weather seal that runs along the inside of the door, the felt piece that runs along the door is part of the weather seal so don't try to pry it off or your gonna be doing some super glue work or buying a new weather seal.

 

If your car has side-curtain airbags, there's a plastic logo on the A-pillar. You can pry that out with a fat, straight screwdriver on both sides, exposing the torx screw. Remove that, and pry off the trim panel from top (ceiling) to bottom (dash). The clips Audi used are pretty stiff, so it'll take a good tug.
