Hey, what ever happened with the valves? Hope you got that straightened around. And who did you get the cams from again?

 

I got the cams from Underground VW they ordered them from schrick in germany for me

I got my money credited back to me from AMEX but thier still have to talk to ecs. ecs has givin me so much trouble but i really like them.

Do you like your KO4? whats different about it exactly?

 

Hey, since you are just about at the turbo install point I've got a question for you. Do you know what the bolt sizes are for the downpipe, cat, oil and coolant? My brother in law is working on his Passat and asked me. Don't remember from when the old shop did mine.

 

Hmmmm......not quite sure, but i will need to know that info soon so ill let you know.

i like the passats theyr'e classy and inexpensive

 

Yeah and I'm pretty sure it's the same turbo setup as ours if the Passat is 4motion.

 

I will try to upload some more pics of the finish turbo but they wont load. did you see how the old exhaust exit on the turbo looks like "toasted white bread -slimchriz"

 

Wow that manifold looks great look how its all polished and shiney.....

 

Yeah its pretty but i have found some major flaws......Turns out this manifold is for a ford focus st.
