About 2 hours into the PCV/Crankcase breather project, I've finished removing the entire PCV system, including the hose that goes to the intake, and cleaned the throttle body.
All the stuff out.

Cracked hose coming off the intake manifoldconnecting to the PCV valve itself.

Crankcase breather tube and housing. As you can see the breather tube is cut right thru on the left side, and disintegrated on the right side where it was supposed to be connected to the "T" housing.

Junk that came out of the intake hose.

Clean throttle body!

Now just waiting for the UPS guy to arrive so I can put it all back together. Hopefully this improves my gas mileage by making it run leaner, and also fixes my rough idle due to the vacuum leak coming off the intake manifold. Thanks for your guys' help that I found by searching and from my thread!

Well I finished it a little while ago, boy was that a PITA! Vacuum leak is gone, still idles a little high but i can live with that. Can't tell if it helped gas mileage yet, but it definitely feels like a whole new machine. When I have the windows down, the turbo is really loud, itsounds like a friggin turbo diesel! Windows up, I hear nothing but the DV..Definitely a good repair. Thanks for the support guys.
