Default To Paint or Not To Paint

Alright fellas, i need some input. I read the posts on painting the lowers of a B5. I have silver 2.8Q, and have been debating wether or not to paint my lowers. A body shop that i know of would charge me $200 even for all four sides. Im leaning towards painting them, but something's telling me not to. Help me out with this one...

If anyone has any pics of their's that would be every helpful.

The pics do look good. I don't know though. I kinda like the black trim, but i think the silver will give it a cleaner look.

i like the painted lowers look. On silver I think it makes them look really clean..I'd so go for it, you got a really good price too.

Yeah for $200 I wouldn't bother with a DIY... not if you trust the place.
