Default Paint the lowers or get a body kit?

So, i was talking to my tinit guy about painting my lowers and he says most of the time that it will peel and scratch etc. and mi might as well just get a body kit for it where they remove all the grey (i hve a black 02 a4 avant and would like the whole thing to be black).

With the heelp of pandaxpresasarus he ahs pointed me to a4mods.com andi have seen all the kits but not a one for the avant... so here anyone know who does make a kit for the avant for my year? was my tint guy telling me the truth? im confused and just want my lady to to loook her best, is that so wrong?

I called m1 auto sport because someone recommended them then another person on this forum who will go unmaed said he had heard they do shoddy work... so confused and just trying to make my baby look as sexy as she can.

i have used the searchfunction because i know how these things work but havent come up with too many answers.

Please help the newest panda make his new(ish) lady a sexy beast.

love,
p

I would make that decision upon how much money you have and how much you want to spend.

Im getting my lowers painted as we speak ( dropped it off at the body shop this morning )

I chose to go that way just because its the cheaper ($225.00 all the way around) alternative to forking out a ton on a body kit, then getting it painted and fit correctly.

Iam planning on getting some kind of kit for the front only, I like how the rear end looks after paint.
I think painting them gives it a new fresh look that might tide you over for a while untill you find or decide on what you want to do.

The best body kit is an OEM body kit. Paint your lowers and youll love it!

are you talking about the door molding? if so you should change the strips to new ones becasue the rails on the inside rust and it starts to come off the door.

If you have that kind of cash get the body kit. Caracatere, Oettinger, and Sportec are some of my favorites, but those kits done right will cost you some major $$$$$$$$$ after all is said and done. If you don't have that kind of money just paint your lowers they will not chip.

painting your lowers isnt as bad as people are making it out to be, if its done right it wont just fall off when bumped or anything and then S4 door blades on top of that are sexy on a b6 man
