Hi,
I have gotten this code for several weeks and I have just been clearing it but I really think I should go ahead and fix it. So I've searched and it has been narrowed down to the Combi valve and/or the Secondary Air Injection pump. So how am I able to narrow it down further? I'm obviously looking to not break the bank here so what should I do first?

When I look at the motor the combi valve is the metal looking thing along the firewall correct? I looked at how to remove it but it seems like the bolts go down with the head of the bolt is actually underneath the metal top making it virtually impossible to get to...

So if anyone has some good suggestions on what move I should make first that would be greatly appreciated.
