Opinions on Cooling System Protector-Castle Cool Flo?

Anyone use it? I have heard not to use water wetter in our cars but how about Cooling System Protector-Castle Cool Flo?

dont use it, keep to just str8 coolant, it is what the cooling system was designed for, it works best with what it was designed for
