Oil Return line on a b5
God Danm that thing is a pita...
i was changing my oil and decided to take off the oil return line w.o taking the turbo out, to clean it out, because my dad put organic oil and ran it for like 7000 miles...
does anybody kno a way to get the top bolt of the line on the turbo out w.o taking the ko3 out?
thanks,
-Z
p.s. i ended up just taking the oil feed line off of the turbo and running some seafoam down through the turbo and into the line, and ran a brush through it to get any gunk out, then flushed it.
runs better now!

RE: Oil Return line on a b5
yea ive dealt with this problem alot. u need small hands or a really long extension possibly with a knuckle. make sure you take out all the piping and it will be easier. take out your dv, and ur intercooler piping, then reach up and around and keep workin on it...its not impossible. takes alot of time... u'll drop ur allen alot... MAKE SURE the gasket stays in place. this is one of the harder parts
