Default Noise from somewhere near the airbox

Hi All,
I recently did a TB change with ECS ultimate TB kit . (not me, my mechanic Right after the change, a weird noise popped up. The noise comes when I am driving (not at idle), when I pull my foot from the gas pedal to decrease the speed. It comes somewhere from the passenger side rear part of the engine (may be airbox). It is not loud, it is like a very low repeating (3-4 times) short whistling noise. It lasts like 2 seconds. It disappears when I push the pedal again.
Any ideas? Solutions?
Thanks in advance

ps: I have a 99.5 A4 1.8T Tiptronic, stock, K&N Air Filter.
