i ahve a a4 1.8t and i pulled up a code
evap emmissions control purge valve solaniod
and
evap emmissions control small leak

and now the car will only bog out when in gear or under a load and will not speed up if i try and give it gas
but when in neutral its fine and will rev right up but when it idles it will sputter

the evap solanoid is clicking on and off rapidly and u can hear it loud and clear

this just happened out of no ware when i was just at a red light and whent to take off. not flooring it either just a normal day to work?

anyone have any sugggestions

your check engine lights flash on and off when it happens?

 

97 audi a4 1.8t 120,000mile tune up included timing and water pump i have 124,789 miles on it now

and yes the check engin light flashed on off on off on off on and beeped at the same time
