Default No CEL with testpipe

I bought a angle block to get rid of the cel. You can also do the non-fouler mod, but people have seen CEL's even after doing so. The guy i bought this from never had a CEL, and mine is gone right now. The angle block is from Roncho Industries

That's what the non-fouler does. CEL=Check Engine Light.

Nice. I was going to get something like that if my non fouler's failed, which they did for a while. But its been several thousand miles now w/no CEL. How much did you pay for it.?
