that effect should be used only on city scape scenes (in my opinion). you gotta play more with shutter speeds. try going up on parking garage and set it for a slow shutter speed and mount on tripod and take a pic of the traffic below. it will look like a million bux and get the effect you are trying to make.

ha i know,i suck, hah i felt relaly random and wanted to make some crazy pictures, i like the rim, the streetlight and the radio pictures tho.
