Good lookin car. Not a fan of the wheels, but it's not my car.
That's the sport steering wheel. It's optional by itself or part of the sport package which includes different springs and shocks.

Thanks for the pics, looks like you got a nice buy there.
The dipstick part you need is like $2. You can get it from www.ecstuning.com or any parts store that specializes in imports.
The biggest problem your going to have is keeping the mod bug at bay!
Gonna need some new wheels, debadging, and painted lowers for starters.
Then you'll want chip, exhaust, intake, suspension, yada, yada, yada, let us know when you are ready to go and we will point you in the right modding direction.
Anyway, the car looks nice, welcome to AF.

thanks guys for the tips and welcomes.
I actually really like the looks of the car as is. I like the black trim at the bottom rather than painted to tell you the truth. stone chips are not as apparent and the body looks thinner visually. jmho
I don't mind the wheels so much, not my 1st choice but they are there so... my first priority is just doing all the maintence. I will order that torx bit and get to changing the trans/rr diff fluids. Ordered some stuff from ecs (filters, etc)
WTF is with that air filter??? Could they make it MORE a PITA to get to!? ugh...
Loving the ride tho! It's great!

You are missing the plasitc guide for the dipstick. It is about 5 dollars.
the interior door hinge likely snapped one of the return springs so it doesn't "snap back" as firmly as the passenger side. Mine snapped a few months ago. I believe that a new opender can be purchased for about 50 dollars or so.
If you want the car to last, fix all the things that the last owner never took car of. Change all the fluids with OEM replacements, put in fresh synthetic gear oil in the tranny, and the differentials. swap out brake fluid with new DOT4 and put in fresh power steering fluid (Pentosin 11).
New plugs, filters and if you are coming up to 80K, it is time for a timing belt and water pump.
Don't forget that the car needs to have the oil changed every 5K with synthetic oil, otherwise the engine is prone to sludge.
