Default Neuspeed Sport or Race Springs?

Im getting my ride lowered and the guys there tell me race springs are too low... but I dont think sport springs
will lower me enough. The gap between my wheel and the wheel well seems to be 3 inchs (its large). Are there any
downfalls of the race springs? I mean, they are really just .5 inchs lower that sport (if we go by figures). I gotta know
soon because Im getting my ride lowered prolly by the 5th and he might have order the parts already. Thanks!

if you go race springs you will likely have to roll your fenders if you have 18" wheels or larger.
I've had both. The race looks better, the sport I have now ride better and no fender rolling was needed.

Do you have pics? My car is like a monster truck and it seems if I were to lower it 2 inchs... I would still have an inch to spare. Question.... is it 1.5 or 2 inchs lower on your current setup? So if your 4 inchs from the ground, its 1.5 or 2 inches off that, right? The guy I have been talking to said I would have 2.5 fingers or clearance between the wheel and the well.... it seems thats not enough.

When I had race springs I had a 1 finger gap. and the fender rubbed the wheel on turns.

Here is a pic of the front wheel with Neuspeed race springs.

I have the race and I did roll my fenders. I'm glad I went w/ the race I think the look is worth a little bit of a rougher ride. I don't think I would have had to roll my fenders if my wheels and tires weren't as wide as they are.(8.5" wide, tires are 235's)

Here's a closer pic:

just get adjustable coilovers. Then u can get exaclty what u want and the ride wont be as bad.

From what I have heard about coils... it sounds like a true pain in the ***. Im going to stick with sport or race springs. Does anyone have the SPORT SPRING kit?

Im like you, flyin; I have 18 inch rims and wide tires.

Im hearing all sorts of different answers, which is great but I want to know if ones better than the other and their specific arguments. Thanks!!

Get race. i don't know if you have sport package or not but if you do, sport spring wont even make a differnece on looks. I've got sport package and installed race springs. An i still feel its too high!but its a good drop and i get good compliments. Any how i've got 19's and i dont have to roll my fenders

What? You said you have the race springs.

Currently; and I measured, I have a 3.5 INCH GAP between my tire and the fender..... MY CAR IS A MONSTER TRUCK.

Sooo... no one has the sport springs that can tell me if they are worth while?
