Default Neuspeed chip - any good ?

I noticed that American Motorsports chips the 1.8T with this Neuspeed software which costs "only" $320 ( http://www.namotorsports.net/detail...._cd/NS64.02.19 ) - anyone out there using it ? I wonder how much worse this could be compared to the APR...

Yep it is just fine, but maybe a little more conservative than GIAC or APR.

I heard people complain about skimping out and going with Neuspeed chip- that it wasn't enough power, I think it was someone on this forum a while back.

I use the Neuspeed chip and I like it. If you dont have the funds for the GIAC or APR its great

No, you will need to get a new chip with K04 specific programming.
