i am wanting to purchase a neuspeed chip (1bar), but was wondering what the gas milage was after the chip is installed. also is the neuspeed fuel pressure regulater nessecary? if so, could you tell a differance?

 

Dont rush about Neuspeed chip. Read the topics about the chips first... It is better for you to get another chip ( if you want more agressive and power)

 

Change in gas mileage will be negligible. You will likely notice worse mileage because your foot gets heavier. but other than that its not overly noticable. Some say you get even better mileage on the highway.

 

I drive mostly highway and I'm getting and extra 1-2 mPG with the chip. Of course, I also get heavy footed at red lights.
