my warranty ends in 3000 miles!!!!
i just bought the car 3 weeks ago and i have a slight dilemma
im coming up on 50K miles and i would like to get all i can from audi since my warranty is about to expire
what should i have them change?? or at least look at?
with my luck (if i dont go to the dealer now) I will end up paying for parts out of pocket 2 weeks after the warranty runs out
unless i tell them specific parts i need, i doubt the dealer will go out of its way to help me out..good luck getting a thorough inspection from them (they are trying to give me nothing probably)

i don't think the dealer will change anything you want them to unless there is a problem, why don't you get an extended warranty, i'm at 51,000 and i need two rear control arms and some suspension work done in front but all in all it will cost me $100. piece of mind.

lol, well be sure to dry it out first, lol........ what you should do is take it in and pay to have a full inspection done on the car, then when something breaks 20 mins after your warrenty is up you can go back and be all well you told me it was good and you lied and push them in to fixing your ****

Take your car somewhere and pay the 15 bucks for an inspection. Then complain away at the dealership. If you start complaining about problems that arent there on a car thats just about to go out of warranty, your car probably wont even get looked at.

the reason you joined this site im guessing is to learn DIY so you could do it your self and many very experienced techs are here to guide you, I personally wouldn't waste my money on a warranty that's only because im a mechanic and refuse to get ripped of by the dealer and you get the car cheaper, if you know nothing about cars then the warranty is essential and that's the only reason for a warranty
