Default My stock A4 vs. Modded WRX Wagon

The other night I was driving around in my A4, I saw a WRX fly past me and thought hey why not catch up and see what this guys about. So i cought up to him and was driving side by side at about 65. I could hear his turbo start to spool so I gunned it. I had him but he caught up and beat me, so I followed him for a bit and we came to a stop light. I could tell he wanted to race again so when the green light came I was off. But I had him for a couple seconds before he caught up and beat me. Im pretty sure he had an exhaust but im not sure what else he had. It was a fun expirience though.

i wouldn't call it a race, more like you trying to keep up to him. there isn't even any contest there, with all the mods i have i would be pretty hard pressed to take a stock WRX. two different cars, the A4 wasn't made for speed, and the WRX wasn't make to be luxurious.

You guys are idiots, a wrx is ******* ballz slow..... I bet even the ***** 1.8t could easily keep up with the wrx. Ive been in both cars and they really dnt feel any different.

The new wrx's come with a 2.5L turbo so pretty much im going to say 2.5L owns 1.8t....although my SRT-4 2.4l T eats the 5.0Ls and above.....

Yo' SRT4 cool guy... you gotta' realise that a Audi is no SRT4 or WRX... Being an ex neon owner I know how fast SRT4'sare (especially with the Mopar Turbo Toys)as well as many of the other past neons produced... Especially with some cams, intake, exhaust, etc... I had a built 98 SOHC that I could smoke 5.0 GT's with ease at any speedand even beat a 2001 Cobra in the 1/4 mile... The Audi 1.8t is no power house of a vehicle, it was not built for blistering speed as a priority like the SRT and WRX are... The 1.8t is a economical vehicle that is classy and comfortable to drive...

The Audi will get beat unless the WRX has a horrible driver...

p.s. Please dont come here to be a troll... It makes the whole Neon/SRT4 community look bad...

SMo'
