My APR Stage 1+ dyno results (pre and post DSMIC)
All pulls were done at Rocket Rally in Squamish on a Dyno Dynamics unit with about a minute cooling between runs.
Solid lines are torque, dotted are HP
Here is the plot of pull #1 from April 14/06.
Mods:
Chevron 94 octane gas
APR Stage 1+ 93 octane solution
TT225 injectors
Milltek exhaust
The blue graph is the plot with correction factor used.
Here are the plots done today May 4/06 with the DSMIC and Jet Jockey TIP installed.
Here is the plot from pull #1 compared to April.
Here is the plot from pull #2 compared to April.
Here is the plot from pull #3 compared to pull #2 and April.
This is the plot I am most interested in as it shows the torque and HP curves have stablilzed and not drop down when compared to the April results.
I don't know what my acutal crank numbers are but I'm not that worried about it. I just wanted confirmation that the DSMIC and TIP work as advertised and the graphs show that they do.
So a 15.7HP recovery (gain?!??) from adding a DSMIC and TIP? Not bad eh!
