Today 1 year ago, i got my 98.5 Silver a4 1.8tq. When i first got it, i had so many aspirations to what i would do to my car, and have fallen short of my aspirations (to say the least.) So this is my 1 year anniversary with my car so i wanted to express my true love for my baby by giving everyone an update on what has happened...

In the past year i did/had:

- Started with 67,697 mi., today 85,598 mi.
- Debadged
- Broke my Tiptronic (still not fixed)
- Got rear ended by some dumb blonde in san francisco. (no noticable damage)
- Cousin closed the door on my hand and fingers got stuck (my cousin freaked out, thought my fingers were chopped off)
- Replaced Radio with cooler looking one
- Fixed broken right headlight
- Replaced rear lights including lisense plate lights

I just wanted to let everyone know that i love my car alot and i am so happy that i chose this car... Oh and everyone on this forum who has helped me in some way, i wanted to say thanks to you too...

When are you going to do a serious mod to it?

 

when I fix the strange noises coming from the engine, and when i have money.... I'm a full time college student, so when i graduate, i figure ill find the right job, and then i can afford to pursue my real ambitions of modding my car... But watever $ i get i try to maintain my car over anything else...

haha, yeah thanks... i think i'll spend my day with my baby detailing her...... first wash ----->claybar ------>then a nice wax. then do the interior... she deserves it...
