i posted the forum thread above @ MBforms.com-
just read thru-
this looks right up my alley- i've always said this car feels like it has its own mind (throttle wise)-

i'm new to forums but good @ research check this-
http://www.slkfans.com
this is the guy who is getting them for all the MB guys-
he's not a dealer but has done it so much he's set up w/ them-
noticed at the bottom he has VW listed so i'm sure he can get it for us-
if you can e-mail him and see(sry still @ work no e-mail)
they (MB guys) say the only thing different on their Sprint Boosters is Auto vers. Stick-

oh yeah , the group buy would be great and probably help slkfans out too-

not sure how to start 'bout the group buy here though-?

my cousin was talking about getting this for his E55. he's a member of MBWorld.org too. i've read a dicription on it before and apparently what it does is advance the throttle like 5 or 10% from the stock position, hence the pedal feels more responsive.

A4 01' manual v6 2.8l 30valve
but he would help us out-
i do know he accepts paypal-

man i hope your right new2me, i may have screwed up but if you can find out let me know slkfans evidently got 100+ units for his group and i thought i saw where they were right @ 250 but if we can get'em cheaper i'm all for that-

PLEASE ANYONE LET ME KNOW ANY INFO- plus if any one knows how to ask a large amount of guys on the forum if they are interrested please let me know i'm sure if we got a group buy together they would drop price for us-

here's the email and response from slkfans too...

HI Tony,

As far as I know, there is only one generic version of the sprint booster for the audi. It does not comes in 2 flavours like the ones you have for mercedes...

If you need to place an order, I need to know the specific model of the audi.

Let me know if I can be of any assistance.

Cheers!

Okay,
From the get-go I will tell you I am an Audi owner-
but I have been searching and searching and your name keeps coming up-
you have really helped ALOT! of people out in the MB world-

I have actually sent e-mails to the Singapore dealer to no avail-
I am a member of the audiforums.com, a couple of weeks ago I caught a thread about "Sprint Booster"-
and from there started the research, a couple of guys on the forum have asked and like I said your name keeps coming up-

Question being, would you be interested in helping a fellow (multiple) automotive
enthusiast(s) out-

I did notice you repeatedly told people the MB - SB is only specific to automatic or manual no other differences- just wondering if you know if the Audi version is the same (I did notice on your site you list VW)- and maybe the cost- (couple of us were talking and maybe try to get a group buy, but did not even want to mention it w/o speaking(emailing) w/ you first)

All of your fellow MB'ers were SOOO impressed by the SB and by you -
so who better to ask the right questions to than, the right person.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Thanx, Tony Watts (XSive on audiforums.com)

his reply-
my email-
