Hi all, I have an 98 A4 that has the original headlights. The other day my right side turn signal fell out somewhere on my way to work so now I need to replace it. I found the one piece sets on AWE Tuning but there is no way I can swing those right now. So it looks like I have aftermarket ballasts installed but they are not hooked up to anything and the original wiring is all presently hooked to the headlights...can anyone look at the pics and tell me what I have and what I need to buy to upgrade to the one piece lights like the one pictured? Thanks!

And one more thing...how do I remove the S4 emblem from my grill? I don't want it there but didn't want to break anything getting it off either. Thanks again!

Looks like you have the wiring already so all thats needed are the one piece headlight and maybe the bulbs. Just remember you'll have to do a little fender trimming so those one piece headlight will fit. There should be a clip on the back of the emblem to remove it. If not then its probably glued on somehow so use the debadging method to remove it, look in the DIY section for more info on both of your issues.

 

Hey thanks for the reply, so I should be able to plug the ballasts right into the current wiring, replace the bulbs? Maybe the previous owner just removed the bulbs? I've read where the one piece lights require a trim, no problem. The emblem is fastened with a clip, I just couldn't figure out how to unclip it. I'll look at the DIY again, thanks again!
