Default Miles to empty meter

Hi all,
I have a 2005 Audi A4 3.2. As i was looking through the owners' manual i noticed a section about a "miles to empty" display on the driver display screen. The thing that frustrates me is that in the manual it doesnt say exactly how to get the car to display the miles to empty, so i was wondering if anyone knew how to get it to show up on the driver display screen. Any help i could get would be great! Thanks!

My sisters TT has this feature. I actually found it by fiddling with the recirc button, and the some of the temp up down, or fan up/down buttons. Can't remember what! Its not actually that useful as it changes that much! I had a play with it after reading a post in A4 (A4 codes for funky stuff). Have a look in there... Should say something.
