I believe that is viscous cooling fan
looks like you have the screws out already, the blade should just pop right off. If you need to remove the pulley, its a reverse threaded nut on the back (lefty tighty) and its the pulley that requires the dreaded audi chopsticks tool to hold still while you try to turn the nut. There are a couple work arounds but most are pretty sketchy. I tied mine to the frame to hold it still.

thanks mate, but it won't just pop off. I don't need the pulley off, and if I pull any harder I'll break the plastic blade or something else. That plastic blade is blocking the a/c compressor from coming out; it's the only thing in the way.
