Im not sure how to log boost/engine rpm.. When I figure it out I'll do it. I wouldnt lie about it though, according to my boost gauge I never ever drop bellow 16psi in any gear at redline. The lower gears hold closer to 18 at redline.. 4th and 5th gear do drop a little lower, but not much.

what redline? You shouldnt be holding that past 6k. Unless you are running 25+psi and it is dropping very slowly with your ebc.

Yes at redline. I peak 20psi mid rangeand hold it until maybe 6k rpms and then it fades to around 17-18psi.
I guess theres really not point in going back and fouth without a vag chart or at least a video. So when I figure it out/have the time to take a video ill post it up.

i would also like to see this vag chart. its hard to go off a boost gauge because they are not always accurate. a log with a vag com will show us the true boost levels. that will be sweet if you are holding that boost for that long.

You WILL NOT get a ko3(s) to hold more than 10-14psi at redline. It just wont happen. Stop your panicing.

I have said it atleast 4 times in this tread BLEED VALVE. Ball and springs spike and fluctuate more, bleed/gated valves dont. And just because you have a mbc/ebc doesnt mean you have to up the psi to something unreasonable. You really need to read up on the subject a little more before making outlandish claims about people blowing their stuff up.
With a MBC & NO N75, you can get over 20 psi on a K03, in the high teens at redline. It's not panicking at all, it's the truth. If you crank up the boost, especially the boost taper, it's much harder on the turbo, & you NEED TO ADD FUEL! The turbo life is greatly shortened. It's just a fact, then when you over spool, & really heat up a K03, it doesn't last long.

I'm just pointing out, then you don't put in a MBC, & crank it up, that there is more to it. If you do, bad things will happen. A K03 is past it's useful range with much over 1bar.
